Revitalash Advanced Eyelash Conditioner targets the visible signs of eyelash aging.
Ingredients
Aqua/Water/Eau, Glycerin, Biotin, Cellulose Gum, Phenoxyethanol, Chlorphenesin, Disodium Phosphate, Phosphoric Acid, Dechloro Dihydroxy Difluoro Ethylcloprostenolamide (a prostaglandin analogue), Butylene Glycol, Calendula Officinalis Extract, Panax Ginseng Extract, Serenoa Serrulata Extract, Camellia Sinensis Extract, Swertia Japonica Extract, Triticum Vulgare Germ Protein, Pentylene Glycol, Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1, Octapeptide-2.
Use and Caution
Step 1: Remove makeup and residue. Keep in mind, oil-based makeup removers and cleansers can leave behind a film which may create a barrier between your lashes and the lash conditioner. It’s important to wash off any residue.
Step 2: Once a day, apply one thin line of RevitaLash Advanced directly to clean, dry upper eyelashes only, above the lash line. Dip applicator brush into the bottle one time for both eyes. Use sparingly as dripping into the eye may cause irritation or other unwanted effects. Let dry completely (2-3 minutes) before applying additional beauty products or going to sleep.Do not get in eye. Rinse immediately with water if eye contact occurs.
Do not use on damaged or irritated skin, if pregnant or nursing or undergoing treatment
for glaucoma or cancer. Not recommended if you have dry eyes, eye infections, styes or any other eye-related disorder. If redness, irritation or other unwanted effects occur, stop using product immediately. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention. This cosmetic product contains a small amount of an
ingredient classified as a prostaglandin analogue. When applied as directed, RevitaLash® Advanced should not get into the eyes, and therefore, should not
have any effect on your eyes. A very small percentage of users reported sensitivity including temporary redness, swelling, itching, and burning sensation
in the eyes. Even fewer users reported dry eyes, styes, darkening of the skin at the lash line, periorbital fat loss, and eyelash loss. It is not known whether RevitaLash® Advanced or some other factor caused the reported reactions. If this is a concern, do not use. Keep out of reach of children.

For Physical Products:
Eligibility for Return:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Certain types of items (such as perishable goods, customized items, or intimate products) may not be eligible for return. Please check the product page or contact our support team for more details.
Return Process:

We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at goglowbeautycontact@gmail.com with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of downloadable products (e.g., eBooks, software, and digital courses).

In the rare case that a digital product is defective or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for support or a possible refund.
European Union 14 day cooling off periodNotwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
