Q: What are Nano Shading Brows?
A: Nano shading is a semi-permanent brow technique that uses a digital machine and ultra-fine needles to create soft, shaded brows. It mimics the look of filled-in powder makeup, giving brows a fuller and more defined appearance.

Q: How is it different from microblading?
A: Microblading uses a manual blade to create hair-like strokes, while nano shading uses a machine to implant tiny dots of pigment for a soft, powdered finish. Nano shading tends to be less traumatic to the skin and longer-lasting.

Q: Who is a good candidate for nano shading?
A: Almost everyone, especially those with oily skin, sparse brows, or people who want a "makeup-ready" look. It’s also great for clients who didn’t get good results with microblading.

Q: Who should avoid nano shading?
A: Pregnant or breastfeeding clients, people with skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis) in the brow area, uncontrolled diabetes, blood clotting disorders, or anyone on blood thinners or certain medications.

Q: How long do nano shaded brows last?
A: On average 2–3 years, with touch-ups recommended every 12–18 months.

Q: Does nano shading hurt?
A: Most clients describe the discomfort as mild. A numbing cream is applied before and during the procedure to keep you comfortable.

Q: What is the healing process like?
A: Brows go through stages:

  • Days 1–3: Brows look darker and bolder.

  • Days 4–7: Brows may scab or flake (do NOT pick).

  • Weeks 2–3: Color lightens as the skin heals.

  • Weeks 4–6: Final color and shape settle.

Q: What is the aftercare for nano shading?
A:

  • Keep brows dry for the first 7–10 days.

  • Avoid sweating, swimming, saunas, and makeup on the brow area.

  • Apply the recommended ointment (if given) sparingly.

  • Let scabs fall off naturally.

Q: Are touch-ups necessary?
A: Yes. A touch-up is usually needed 6–8 weeks after the first session to perfect the color and shape.

Q: Will nano shading damage my natural brows?
A: No. When done by a skilled professional, it doesn’t affect natural hair growth.

Q: What are the benefits of nano shading over other brow treatments?
A:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Please review our return policy below to understand how returns and refunds work for both physical and digital products.

For Physical Products:

Eligibility for Return:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Certain types of items (such as perishable goods, customized items, or intimate products) may not be eligible for return. Please check the product page or contact our support team for more details.

Return Process:

We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at goglowbeautycontact@gmail.com with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of downloadable products (e.g., eBooks, software, and digital courses).

European Union 14 day cooling off periodNotwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
